BRING HOPE AND HELP THIS WINTER

HELP UKRAINE PREPARE  

FOR A VERY DIFFICULT WINTER 

Dear Friends and Partners, 

As we look toward the coming winter, we are hearing the same message  

from many people and officials in Ukraine: this winter could be one of the most difficult winters Ukraine has faced since the beginning of the war. 

For almost five years, the people of Ukraine have been living through the  

devastating war with Russia. Families have lost loved ones, homes, jobs,  

and their sense of security. Yet they continue to endure. 

Now, Russia is continuing attacks on Ukraine’s critical infrastructure,  

including power plants and energy systems. The goal is to leave people  

without electricity, heat, and essential services during the  

cold winter months. 

WE CANNOT WAIT UNTIL WINTER ARRIVES. WE NEED TO PREPARE NOW. 

Through Hope International Ministries, we want to provide practical help and demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ to our  partner churches and people who are suffering. 

OUR WINTER PROJECT GOAL: $80,000 

We are raising $80,000 to provide essential winter supplies, including: 

❖ Generators for pastor’s families, ministry facilities, and communities
❖ Wood-burning stoves to provide heat when electricity is unavailable
❖ Water filtration and purification systems that can make available water safe for drinking and everyday use
❖ Large generators for churches and ministry centers, including the Hope Help Trauma Healing Center in Kharkiv

These supplies can make a tremendous difference when electricity, heat, and clean water are unavailable.

HELPING KHARKIV 

One of our greatest concerns is Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second-largest  city, located only about 15 miles from the Russian border.
Kharkiv continues to experience bombing, shelling, drone attacks,  and missile strikes. People are living in extremely difficult and dangerous conditions. Last year, Hope International Ministries established the Hope Help Trauma Healing Center in Kharkiv to provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to people suffering from the trauma of war.

The center is already functioning, but we want to help it become fully equipped and fully operational, allowing Christian counselors, psychologists, and ministry workers to serve many more people who desperately need help. A reliable generator will be especially important so that the center can continue serving people even when the power goes out. 

OUR WINTER PROJECT IS MORE THAN PROVIDING GENERATORS, STOVES, AND WATER SYSTEMS.

It is an opportunity to show the love of Jesus in a very practical way. 

A generator can provide electricity. 

A wood-burning stove can provide warmth. 

A water filtration system can provide safe drinking water. 

And through all of these things—we can provide hope.
